It works well for short bursts. You can easily launch it during a break, play through one conversation or scene, and close it without losing context. Save points are frequent enough that you do not feel punished for quitting mid-chapter.
Battery drain is noticeable but not crazy. Because it is mostly static images and dialogue, it is less demanding than 3D action titles, though long sessions with high brightness will still chew through your battery like any other game.
Network-wise, once the content is on your device, you are not constantly relying on a fast connection. That is handy if you are playing in places with spotty mobile data, like on the train or in a basement room.

For me, FreshWomen makes sense if you are specifically hunting for an adult visual novel with decent production values on Android. It is not trying to be a complex strategy game or a deep RPG; it is a story with choices, some romance and drama, and a lot of focus on the characters.
If you enjoy reading, like slower-paced games, and want something a bit more mature than the average mobile title, it is an easy one to recommend. If you are chasing fast action, competitive multiplayer, or ultra-branching narrative depth, you will probably bounce off it quickly.
